CONFIRMATION POLICY
The customer receives a confirmation via email within 24 hours of successful booking. In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email. Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
PAYMENT POLICY
- 100% of total stay cost will have to be paid at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation made 7 days before the date of arrival - No cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made 0 days to 7 days before the date of arrival or No Show - Retention of 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged.
- The reservation stands non refundable and non amendable during Holi, Diwali, Festivals, Christmas / New Year period (Blackout dates - 23th December to 03rd January) and long weekends.
- 100 percent cancellation charges will be applicable and no amendment is allowed for the reservations made on Advance Purchase Rate, Website Packages or Best Available Rate with a Promocode discount.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be transferred within 3 business days. Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.
- Bank charges applicable in case of any refund.
CHILD POLICY
- Complimentary stay for a child upto 10 years of age on room only basis without extra bed.
- Extra bed will be charged for children above 10 years. (INR 2,500)

The Royal Hermitage aims at providing you with an authentic travel experience with our luxurious
private suites. This experience can be truly memorable for you and your friends if you successfully follow
these responsible guest guidelines. These are just some guidelines which will ensure that you have an
amazing experience.
HOUSE RULES
We as Host have a set of rules listed with our accommodation listing that you may check before making
a booking. Once you book an accommodation, it is understood that you have agreed to follow the house
rules. As a responsible Guest, you are expected to Refrain from flouting house rules so that you have a
pleasant experience staying with us.
* A guest must be 18 years to reserve a room with valid photo ID proof.
* Check-in from 2:00 PM
* Check-out till 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out on request.
*FOOD
We as an establishment do not encourage consumption of Non- Vegetarian food in our premises. So
we request to kindly ensure you adhere to the vegetarian food preference. (Eggs are available)
Inform us in advance about your eating arrangements, if you have availed of meal services and opt to
eat out anytime. Please be sure to check what kitchen provisions you can have access to and what would be chargeable.
*MAINTAINING HYGIENE
We have limited housekeeping staff. So, we humbly request you to maintain hygiene at the accommodation.
Please do not litter in your room or common areas. Acquaint yourself with the proper disposal methods.
Take instructions from your attendant if you intend to wash your own laundry or ask them for help to find out a reliable laundry place.
*AMENITIES –
When using resources like water and electricity, please make sure you use them judiciously, not just for monetary constraints but also for environmental concerns. Please Do not leave taps running or appliances switched on when you don't need them. When using electrical appliances, please ask the staff for directions of use if you are not sure.
OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS -
* Ours is an absolute No Smoking Premises (Smoking Zone available outside) In case of non-compliance with this rule, we are obliged to charge a penalty.
* No indulgence in any illegal or substance abuse activity during your stay at the accommodation.
* It is not allowed to take explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals in to the hotel. Even if you are allowed to drink, dispose of the leftover carefully with their guidance.
* No professional shoots of photo/videos is permitted without prior consent of the management.
* Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. Please do not bring any guests who you have not booked for, to the accommodation for stay.
* Please do not bring strangers. If you would like to invite a friend/ family over, please intimate the hotel management and ask first.
* Pets are currently not allowed. We are working on it.
* Neighbourhood obligations -
Please be neighbourhood friendly. Along with maintaining decorum at the accommodation, you are also expected to act responsibly in the neighbourhood. Do not indulge in any activity that may cause trouble for you or us.
Do not enter in any kind of physical or verbal abuse in the neighbourhood. If there is any issue that needs attention, take our help in resolving it. Do not enter in any unlawful activities in the neighbourhood.
* Inform us beforehand if you intend to spend the night outside the accommodation as it might worry us. Your safety and security is our paramount concern.
* For your convenience we have arranged the parking within the premises however we take no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle in the parking.
* For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Hotel.
* Please be kind and respectful towards our staff.
* We have curated the place with love and care and we expect you to please respect our property but by all means feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
